Taking the step to start therapy isn't always easy. The idea of opening up to someone unfamiliar to you to discuss some of your most difficult experiences can feel scary and uncomfortable. Your reaching out for help is brave and admirable.
My priority is to create a space where you feel comfortable, supported, and accepted just as you are. Building a trusting relationship takes time, and I strive to provide a warm, compassionate environment where you can feel safe sharing your thoughts, feelings, and experiences without judgment.
We'll work together at a pace that feels right for you, celebrating progress along the way and navigating life's challenges as a team. My hope is that therapy becomes a place where you feel understood, empowered, and supported as you move toward living a life you love.
